All repaired work is covered by a 6 months guarantee apart from elasticated bracelets. We require proof of date of repair if your jewellery has broken within the 6 month guarantee. All items are returned by special delivery post due to the compensation levels i.e. next day £750/£1000/£2500. It is under our discretion which compensation level is used due to the value of each item enclosed in the parcel, if you require a certain level of compensation please state clearly on your information. We do not post Recorded Delivery. The compensation level on recorded post is a maximum of £50 which usually does not cover the cost of the enclosed item. Our estimated turnaround time is 7 WORKING days but we always try and aim for before this unless it is during busy periods.

Royal Mail Claims

To claim for damage or loss on postal insured service. The COMPANY requires written notification via email from the CUSTOMER to initiate a
claim against Royal Mail. Proof  of value, such as a sales receipt
or a qualified valuation document, will be requested by Royal Mail. If the CUSTOMER is unable to provide these details to the COMPANY, the
claim cannot proceed and will be rejected.

Royal Mail compensate based on the ACTAUL loss, where evidence of posting and value are provided. Please keep all receipts from the post
office as these are required in the event of a claim.

The COMPANY insures what is in the building NOT when it has left the building and is in the insured service of Royal Mail.
