We work very closely with many trade businesses around the uk and repair for many chain shops such as H Samuel, Ernest jones, Goldsmiths and F Hinds. We also work with many independent jewellery shops and also helping designers produce their designs for sale.

We have a trade price list for businesses wanting to offer a rethreading service. Please message our ‘contact us’ form and supply us with your business name and we can forward the trade price list on to you. If posting into us, we have a secure postal delivery every morning and also a secure evening collection. All parcels sent should have a compliment slip enclosed stating all your business information – Business name, address, telephone no, email etc. On each packet, please write the job number and the instruction for each job clearly.

We suggest all pearls and beads are counted by yourselves and written on each packet or compliment slip. We photograph each item that is sent to us in its original condition on the day of arrival. If you require certain jobs back urgently, we offer a fast-track service, there is a £5 per job charge added for this service. If this is required for urgent jobs, please state clearly on your information the date you require them back for.

We also give out estimates for jobs if required, please state this clearly on your information. If you wish for us to give you an estimate.

We also supply strands of pearls, clasps, and loose pearls. If you are looking for something in particular or wanting to stock up for resale we can sell and rethread the jewellery for you. We try to match missing pearls as best possible if your customer requires a replacement. Our service is prompt and reliable and each item is restrung to a very high standard.
